The Legacy Project is a key pillar of our C-SYNC.PRO innovation strategy for knowledge transfer and talent development, specifically focusing on the offboarding phase of our O.R.E.O. employee lifecycle approach (Onboarding, Reboarding, Everboarding, Offboarding).
This methodology captures crucial insights from departing senior managers and experts through intergenerational conversations. By preserving and sharing this knowledge, we prevent its loss and avoid repeating past mistakes, such as in nuclear power plant construction or activities of high-reliability organisations (HROs). We connect five workplace generations, ensuring valuable experience is passed down. We're grateful for ECKM's recognition of our efforts in this important area of knowledge management.
